Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time consists of two parts:

Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, it will be reviewed, approved, and prepared for shipment. Once this process is complete, your package will be ready to ship.

Delivery Time
Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times do not include possible delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities. During periods of high demand, such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year’s, delivery may take longer than usual.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes coverage in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your order through the tracking page on our website. Click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, an order may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages.

My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If no tracking information appears after a few days, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
